Dale Davis was born in Akron, Ohio in March, 1951. He attended Duke University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics and history in 1973. At Duke, he also met his future wife, Barbara. Dale obtained his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC in May, 1973 and began work with McCulloch Felger Fite & Gutmann upon graduation.

Dale is admitted to practice before the courts of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member and past president of the Miami County Bar Association and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Dale is also a licensed title insurance agent and a longtime member of the Ohio Land Title Association.

Dale engages in a broad general practice with a concentration in real estate, business and commercial law, creditor's rights, estate and trust planning and employment law.

Dale has been active in the community as a coach of many sports teams and on the boards of many civic organizations. For several years he was on the board of and president of the Rural Legal Aid Society for West Central Ohio. Dale and Barbara have two daughters, Abbey and Elizabeth.
