Laura Hornish graduated from Tinora High School and went on to Adrian College, Michigan where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1997. From there she attended The University of Toledo College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2000. Laura was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2000 and joined the Firm in 2001.

Laura has a general and varied practice of law representing clients in Adoptions, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Collections, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Domestic and Juvenile matters, Real Estate, Small Business and Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Administration, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability and Worker's Compensation. She is a certified domestic relations mediator.

Laura has served her community as Treasurer of the Miami County Bar Association, Vice President of the Piqua Arts Council and has been the Chairman for the Piqua Arts Council's Fine Art Show and Exhibition. She has served on other boards such as Family Connection, The Rehabilitation Center for Neurological Development and Office Systems and Advisory Board for Edison Community College.

Laura is also active with the Piqua Heritage Festival and has served as the chair for the food vendors. She has coached T-ball and soccer and hopes to coach basketball in the future. She is a bicycle enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors.

Laura has two children, Brock and Morgan.
